It’s a typical high school story, the quarterback of the football team falls in love with the head cheerleader and the two of them live happily ever after, right? Well, in a fantasy world that story may exist, but the real world isn’t some fairy tale. This story follows Allie, a cheerleader who is currently pregnant with her boyfriend’s baby. However, when her boyfriend seems uncommitted to being a father, Allie starts to second-guess what the right avenue is to navigate through her pregnancy. This story tackles romance, LGBTQ+ issues, teenage pregnancy, and what it means to genuinely love someone.
